Hi, I’m Julie Pendry!

I am a wife, mother, and now grandmother.  Family is my top priority. I care that they are healthy, pain-free and energetic to enjoy their lives to the fullest.

I am a Wellness Coach and for over 30 years, I have been passionate about teaching simple, yet practical information on how to protect your most valuable asset, your Health.

I teach my clients how to create and implement personalized wellness strategies that allow them to reach their health goals.

I coach smart and busy men and women who want to look and feel their best. We are all challenged with not having a lot of time to exercise, shop for special foods, or cook tons of meals each week. With my help, you will be able to harness the power of vibrant health to fuel your extraordinary life.

My 30 years in the health and wellness arena has offered me an opportunity to work closely with MDs and PHDs in a holistic model that focuses on promoting optimal health instead of just addressing illness.  My science based nutrition program changed my own life and the lives of thousands of people that I have had the opportunity to work with over the years.

Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made to heal, and maintain balance, so given the proper diet, exercise, lifestyle, and supportive community it will thrive. 

My Philosophy

It is a source of great joy for me to help someone sleep better, lose weight, manage stress, and reduce dependence on medications. Information at the right moment empowers us to take charge of our health. I know if given guidance anyone can transform his or her life from the inside out. Developing a personalized plan for each of my clients is key to helping them reach their best health.

Food

I believe we all want to look and feel our best, but we live in a hectic, stressful world where so often when you are hungry what is available to eat comes from a box or a window and is lacking in the essential nutrients our body needs. Convenience over quality often determines our food choices.

Knowledge

The hard part for most people is to know where to start. We have more information available to us than ever before on how to be healthy, yet much of it is in conflict. Information overload, what’s right for you is often hard to sort out.

Lifestyle

No two people are exactly the same so their Wellness Program needs to be customized to all areas of their life. Diet, Fitness, Work, Relationships, and Budget.
My goal when I meet with someone is assess their current health and give basic information to address the areas of their health they are motivated to see change.
